Race Cask Ventilator
The Race Cask Ventilator is a twin chamber non-return valve which allows the naturally produced Co2 to escape whilst retaining a slight blanket of Co2. This prolongs the life of the real ale by a number of days, allowing pubs who normally only sell real ale at the weekend to now sell during the week.
